EXCLUSIVE: **PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE RATES APPLY**Photos July 17,2017 The troubled pop star made his first public appearance since his arrest in Georgia on suspicion of DUI and drug possession on Saturday and worried fans with his disheveled appearance and bizarre behavior. After the show, when approached to be asked about his recent troubles, his entourage blocked a videojournalist as he walked away. The singer, who lost his dad earlier this year and appears to have fallen out with pop star brother Nick, played a gig at a shopping mall in Birmingham, AL, and struggled to get the crowd going - while delivering some bizarre lines. In between struggling to hit some high notes, he rapped lines like "I'm a girl who posts my bail", "Say my name... Beyonce" and "I might be white but imma try something (sic)". At one point he also delivers the line "Practice what you preach" - which raised eyebrows coming after he made fun of Shia LaBouef's troubles with alcohol just days before getting arrested himself. In the video Carter can also be seen trying to get the crowd to sing along to a chorus, with very little success. He was one of three acts playing at the "Just Show Up Show" at Brookwood Village mall on Monday night.
